Members Larry Thompson and David Cluck successfully defended a vascular surgeon accused of delay in operating a large abdominal aortic aneurysm on a 71 year old woman who died after the aneurysm ruptured the day before the scheduled surgery. This was the third successful defense of a vascular surgeon in the last six months for Thompson.
