STRATEGIC COUNSEL
It is not always wise to try a case.  We work with our clients to identify their business goals and objectives and to understand how their problem is best solved in light of those objectives. If settlement is the better choice, then we want to jointly make that decision as early as possible and effectuate a settlement as efficiently and economically as possible.

FEES
Rarely will you find fees discussed on the home page of an attorney website.  This is the exception.  Attorneys and lawsuits are expensive.  Whether it is trial or settlement, we strive for the most cost-effective result.  We do not work cheap and we do not overstaff our cases.  However, we provide results that are equal to or better than firms with hundreds of lawyers at fees that are significantly lower. We provide litigation budgets upon request and strive to resolve a case well within that budget. We expect to discuss our fees up front and invite our clients to talk about our bills.
