L & T attorneys obtained a victory on a procedural motion dismissing the plaintiff's claims in their entirety.  The case was particularly difficult because the cargo loss most likely occurred in Mexico, was discovered in Laredo, Texas. After some initial discovery but before depositions we were able to posture the case procedurally and have it dismissed.  The judge ordered that the plaintiffs could refile the case in Mexico, however; it was ultimately dismissed for a nominal amount.
