  • Obtained summary judgment for the manufacturer of medical physical evaluation equipment, after a year of discovery.
  • Defended one of the largest manufacturers of stretchers for emergency response equipment in a suit alleging defective components or manufacture of stretchers for ambulances. The alleged defects caused the stretchers to fall and to injure patients and emergency medical technicians. Following extensive negotiations, a creative settlement was reached resulting in a dismissal with prejudice as to the claims that the product was defective.
