  • Won summary judgment in a case concerning carrier tariffs, effectively reversing a growing body of negative federal case law. 
  • Reduced the Plaintiff’s alleged damages from over $2,000,000 to $180 as a matter of law.  The opinion was upheld on appeal and is now the leading case in Texas on liability limitations in the bill of lading.
  • In several cases regarding warehouse receipts we have resolved the dispute with our clients paying nothing.
  • Our Laredo, Texas office has recently obtained a ruling dismissing our client from complex, multiparty litigation in the Rio Grande Valley.
